BOOKEND invests in quality companies with the potential for enduring success.
Our investment team has a unique combination of private equity, financial due diligence and CEO experience. We have had historical success as investors, M&A advisors and operators. We now invest substantial amounts of our own capital alongside our limited partners. BOOKEND makes majority and minority buyout investments in middle market companies with revenues between $20 million and $300 million, and EBITDAs between $5 million and $30 million. We back an experienced CEO and CFO in each transaction. We work closely with our companies to build value. In certain cases, we make add-on acquisitions. We bring patience and discipline to every investment.
We invest in branded product and service companies in consumer and industrial markets. Sectors of interest include food and beverage, personal care, household products, home repair, building products, and auto accessories. We back companies as they expand their distribution, recruit talent, launch new products and upgrade their systems. Given our long-term investment horizon, we support investments in innovation and new markets. We often work with alumni managers from our prior portfolio companies, and welcome new relationships with CEOs who share our vision and commitment to excellence.
We encourage you to contact us to have a private conversation about potential collaboration. We work closely with M&A advisors and are always building a roster of management talent for new and existing investments.
